Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing our customers in Kenya with the best possible cosmetic products. If you feel that the products you have received from our online store do not meet this commitment, or you have changed your mind, you can return the unused product and we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price.

In accordance with retail industry standards and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used. We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, labels, or stickers are missing.

We will accept returns of any products received by you in a damaged or faulty condition and offer you a full refund of the purchase price. If you have received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and email us at CUSTOMERCARE@himitsu.co.ke for assistance. We request you to kindly share the package opening video with us to enable us to process the refund and to take up the matter with our internal quality team.

If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, the return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.

All orders, including faulty or damaged products, must be returned within 15 days of receipt of our order.

Mode of Refund

For cash-on-delivery payments – We will contact you via email to share your bank details. We will then initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For payments made via debit or credit card or Gpay or UPI, the payment will be refunded to the same debit or credit card or Gpay or UPI.
